turnips, radish, watercress, rocket and radicchio.
Cut,
shred and chop your vegetables and cover with olive oil

(pumpkin seeds, seaseme seeds and sunflower seeds). Season
with salt, pepper and herbs to taste.

| Dinner |
For
dinner your meal should consist of some grain and vegetables.
A
typical meal might be stir fry vegetables served with steamed
brown rice.
Alternatively,
steamed vegetables, lentil soup or split pea soups.

Over
the next ten days ensure you drink at least eight glasses of water
