Breakfast

Juice all ingredients using a centrifugal juice extractor and drink within ten minutes.

Create new combinations of raw juice each morning. For instance choose from the following:

Carrots and apples with green barley;
Beetroot, carrot and apple with spinach; Celery, tomato and kale.


Lunch
Lunch is a great mixture of more crunchy vegetables. Choose between 6 or 8 different vegetables from this list:

Broccoli, cauliflower, bean sprouts, Swedes, tomatoes, cabbage, kale, chard, collards, lettuce, spinach, celery, sweet potatoes, turnips, radish, watercress, rocket and radicchio.

Cut, shred and chop your vegetables and cover with olive oil and lemon juice dressing. Top with three seed salad mix (pumpkin seeds, seaseme seeds and sunflower seeds). Season with salt, pepper and herbs to taste.


Dinner
For dinner your meal should consist of some grain and vegetables.

A typical meal might be stir fry vegetables served with steamed brown rice.

Alternatively, steamed vegetables, lentil soup or split pea soups.


Over the next ten days ensure you drink at least eight glasses of water per day to keep the body hydrated and cleansed.

Do not drink tea, coffee, alcohol or any thing other than raw juice and water.
